So, the official name is now The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, as per the executive order. But not sure if we should rename the article into just "The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve" or "The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and a U.S. Digital Asset Stockpile". Thoughts? Judging by this, the stockpile doesn't at present appear to be very much of anything and it is even possible that US gov itself owns none of these assets, subject to an audit. They may also sell such assets whereas it is claimed that they will not sell btc. I would wait a while and see how it develops. Selfstudier (talk) 17:14, 7 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
